Hello... Wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the service your team provided for our garage doors. Richie Rathburn was very professional and demonstrated great expertise in reviewing our doors and making adjustments and recommendations. Also, please thank your receptionist/dispatcher. They both displayed a very friendly and professional attitude, and the work, albeit simple (battery replacement and programming), was performed quickly and efficiently. We were, however, a bit disappointed in your parts pricing. I appreciate a certain degree of mark-up, but 27% margin over ListMaster's direct price (shipping included) seemed a bit high ($ 75 vs $ 49.90 + $ 9.23 ). While we will certainly give some thought to your rebuild service for our doors, the cost of the parts is a concern. Either way, we appreciate your timely service! Please pass along our thanks to those members of your staff.

We purchased a garage door and opener several years ago from Precision. Yesterday our torsion spring broke. Precision Door responded promptly, sending out their technician Jim who replaced the spring under our warranty at no cost to us. They stand by their work and their warranties and do provide quick and professional service. You can be sure that they will be there when they say they will and the service person knows what they are doing.

I needed to replace the keyless opener. The technician did that and took the time to show me how to change the code if necessary. He also inspected the srings and advised me that they were wearing out and should be replaced. He checked the whole system and corrected a problem where some metal parts were moving against each other causing a squeal when the door closed. I was very pleased with the speed of the repairs and the coutesy of the technician.
