I would like to first introduce myself, George Donker and I live in Middletown. In December I had my garage door opener serviced by your technician Jeff Wardell. Jeff had another individual with him that day that was in training and together they repaired the problem in addition to replacing the rollers on one of my doors that gets all of the wear. The repair was completed with some adjustments to the settings and, let me add, that Jeff was very accomplished at explaining what was taking place to me and the individual in training. In January, the same door began giving me trouble again, so I called Precision Door Service. As a result of your call back policy, Jeff again came out and tested the opener and diagnosed it as a problem with the limit switch. He installed the limit switch and checked to see that all was working properly and it was. Jeff cautioned me that due to the age of the unit something else may fail in the future. The future came rather soon as in February that door would not open or close, just the motor would run. Consequently another desperate call to Precision Door Service for help. Jeff was to come the following day but unfortunately that was the day of the ice and snow storm. It was a week before he was scheduled to be in the area again but was here promptly on the day he was rescheduled. After examining the unit it was what he presumed it to be, in need of replacement. He mentioned that he had spoken with you (Steve) prior to coming about what he thought the problem would be. The purpose of this message is to first Thank You for helping me with the cost of replacing the unit with a better opener at the same price and allowing for a credit of the previous call. Secondly I want to tell you how fortunate you are to have an employee like Jeff. He presents himself professionally, is competent and takes the time to listen to the customer and goes out of his way to answer all questions presented to him.

Most importantly, I would like to sincerely thank you for employing Certified Technician, Damien, who not only had superior product knowledge and customer service skills, but also briefed me on your company's background and operations. I was very pleased not only with the repair work done by the above agent, but also the time and patience he granted me as the homeowner in educating me in all facets of garage door operations and mechanisms. The above agent went above and beyond (from extending the salutatory handshake at the onset, but also handshaking at the end of the process!) A gentleman's agreement sort of person-I really liked his delivery and his belief in the "process"-he came at the way end of the day and NEVER was he rushed or watching the time. Just letting you know the service we received on July 10, 2006 was excellent. Your service person was all business and explained everything that should correct our problem with our garage door. His recommendation we accepted, and his workmanship was excellent. I believe the service persons name was Jeff and would you please thank him for us. Jeff is an asset to your business. My wife and I, had a mom and pop business for 35 years. We sold five years ago and believe me, we know how hard it is to find and keep good employees. So thank you again.
