The crew that installed the garage door both introduced themselves, explained clearly what they were going to do and about how long it would take. They were truly professional. They seemed to really care and take pride in their work and were attentive to any concerns that I had, I'LL RECOMMEND YOU AND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A DOOR. Very professional. Appreciated that he called to let us know when he was coming about an hour before his actual arrival. He was able to do the repair (more of a "quick fix" to get us back up and running again!), and made a recommendation to install a new garage door opener. We haven't done it yet - but when we do decide to do it, we will definitely use Precision and request Damien to do the work.
