Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call. I felt that Bobby Sanborn is an asset to Precision Garage Door. He made me feel comfortable; like part of the family. Precision had helped us in 2019 when we had an issue with our garage opener. They inspected, corrected the problem and also replaced the warm dash at the bottom of the door. Very professional.
