We had a Genie Belt Drive installed today. Our Technician Bobby was prompt and efficient. After going thru our options on a new opener, the old unit was removed and new unit installed in under an hour. All packaging and materials along with old unit were removed. I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise.
