His pleasant demeanor and positive attitude mixed with his belief of teaching and not simply selling always results in a satisfying service experience. Brian looks forward to meeting new people and sharing with you his knowledge of garage door safety. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and listening to all different kinds of music.

I did have an annoying sound when the garage door was closed. Brian explained it was normal! 2 weeks later it still bothered me so I requested another tech to check it, with the same results. It seems to be a "that's the way it works issue".

Service Tech did a good job. The price of $89.00 for a 20 minute service call is extremely overpriced. In addition, the two electric eyes were an additional $125.00, which I know only have a cost of less than $40.00.
