I just could have been more pleased with the technician. He called to say he was arriving. It ended up being more complicated and time consuming than expected, but he took his time to explain all my options. I did not feel pressured into any decision. Once the decision was made-he even had the needed parts on the truck and the time to do the work! Who could ask for more!! Thank you Brian Ford and Precision.
