Called at 1:30 pm. Said they could send someone after 4:00. Brian called me at 5:15 he was on his way. He Fixed broken spring quickly being very careful not to damage the car stuck in the garage and checked other door and keypads to make sure there were no other problems. I was looking for a new garage door. I saw Precision advertising on the web. I also called other door company's. Precision was better on price, other Company for same door much more money, Precision came on time to go over everything about a garage door. The installer was very professional even the sales person was very professional. When I called to make appointment all who answered phone very nice. I give this Company A 10. I have already referred my friends to Precision. Customer Service excellent, made me feel like I came first.

My first experience was phoning into customer service to make the appointment for the estimate to replace the spring on my garage door. I spoke with Danielle who was so helpful and patient answering all of my questions. I called back and got Danielle again who helped to alleviate all my concerns. I had a very bad experience with another company and that was the reason for my concerns. When I was ready to make the appointment I spoke with another representative who made the arrangements because Danielle was not available. The representative advised Danielle I had called and she called me back reassuring me that everything was set up and advised me that the tech was going to be Brian. Brian was very prompt and I was running late getting home. He was waiting patiently for me to arrive in front of my house. When we got into the garage he saw what the issue was explained in detail what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He went out to his truck and came back with the replacement spring which was far better than my original spring. He explained in detail what he was doing and was very efficient and knowledgeable in what he had to do. The job was done in an hour and he lubed all the rollers and parts on the door. The price was much less than what I was quoted from a previous company that came to my house. I had a great experience with Precision Door Service and would highly recommend them to anyone that has any type of issue with their garage. Thanks Danielle and Brian for making a skeptic a believer that there are still some reputable company’s out there that care about their customers!! I wish I could give more stars!!!
