Precision installed 2 new doors in 2021. Service at the time was excellent. Today's repair was to rectify a weak spring on one of the doors. It was done under warranty along with minor adjustments to the other door and a cable replacement. Total charge was the standard $99 service call fee. The technician was first rate as have been past employees who have visited. Highly recommended.

Brian from Precision was excellent! He explained what needed to happen to get the safety eyes as well as the new motor installed. He also installed a new waterproof gasket at the bottom of the door. He then explained to me how this process worked and demonstrated for me how we could effectively use the door in multiple circumstances. My garage door spring had broken the night before, and it made it impossible for me to get my car out of the garage. I called them first thing the next morning, and they scheduled me for that same day, in the afternoon. Soon, Brian Jr. arrived, and had just what was needed. He went to work right away, and in just a little over a half hour, had the spring replaced and the door back in operation. He is a true professional, and a really nice person.
