Simple fix. Cody was so knowledable and didn’t push me to update what is still working. Just informed me that the parts will need to be updated at some point. The service call was to replace the keypad. He was to reprogram and all is working fine. Gladly paid the service call fee and will call Precision (Cody) back when it’s time to replace the parts. I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received. The technician didn't even look in detail to identify the problem. He gave me a quote of $812 (in addition to the $99 visit charges)!! The garage door pulley was broken. I bought the 3" door pulley in Lowes for all of $12.98 (+taxes) and fixed it myself. Since the other side was working well, I mimicked that side to fix the bad side. I would never ever recommend your company's services to anyone. I understand there are good servicemen too.. it's time you talked to the technician who came today. Thanks and good night.

My motor broke the chain sprocket as I was attempting to leave. After calling two other companies and getting their voice mail I called Precision. The very polite and professional scheduler immediately understood my problem and scheduled the service for that very afternoon. Cody the service person called to let me know he was on his way. After evaluating the problem he replaced the motor and lift system within one hour. That night I received a return call from only one of the other companies I called. Precision may not be the cheapest but it’s the old saying, you get what you pay for! I highly recommend this company.
