Jim Sales Manager's Bio:

Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

My technician did a thorough inspection, explaining everything. And once he determined that the track was never installed straight, thus causing the wheels to get caught and not operate properly-he fixed it. Now, it works and no longer makes tons of noise. 5 stars ----(Jim)James Dean was the tech --- came on time, did a check of the door --- told me options --- he did a rebuild and also replaced the trolley (hope I got that part right)--door works better than when I had it installed years ago. Mr Dean was pleasant, professional and wasted no time on the repairs. I would definitely recommend Precision and James Dean. I saw the valpack add and held onto it and then looked you up on internet.I think the prompt service was really a surprise to me. And the lady who took my call was pleasant and helpful too.
