precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.

My garage door collapsed one afternoon approximately 3pm and I placed a call into Precision to see what they can do and when. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I called in the morning and Service was arranged for the same afternoon. The technician was going to be late so they sent out another technician in a timely manner. I had a 20 year-old garage door opener that had never been serviced, as my son said it was old and crotchety like me. There was no attempt to upsell me. The garage door was replaced. The springs were fine and the replacement was done in an efficient and timely manner. My next-door neighbor had recommended precision and I am so glad they did. I would do the same for anybody that is looking for a recommendation, I highly recommend precision garage doors. Obviously, I could not be more pleased with the service and courtesy and professionalism of the technician Mike.

They showed up as promised and on time.... Mike the technician was fully prepared to do whatever was necessary to get the job done (and THAT is why you always hire a veteran). Straightforward and honest, he told us what needed to be done without any pressure and once we agreed he went right about correcting several issues. Checked our other door and suggested we hold off for now as it wasn't quite ready for maintenance. And when it comes time for that maintenance work you know who I am going to call. I bought a garage door back during covid. I finally had it installed 3 years ago . And weds the springs broke. So I called. And tech came and said it would be $685 to replace the springs. I was shocked that springs cost that much to install so I told the tech hold on im calling ur office . Long story short they took off $150 off the price and I was happy that they work with me.cause if they didn’t I would call someone else . Thank you precision

Precision replaced the boot on our garage door which was torn. They were able to send a technician out same day. Mike replaced the boot quickly, inspected the door and mechanisms, and recommended future maintenance. We were pleased dealing with this company. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

From making the appointment to having my garage door fixed, everyone was extremely professional. I was given a window of 10 am to 1 pm, and Mike called me at 9:30 am to let me know he would be there at 10:00. Once there, Mike assessed the situation, made the repairs and left me a satisfied customer. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a garage door

Came home at night to a broken spring on my garage door. I called at 7:30pm and had confirmation someone would be out the next morning. Mike called me the following morning to let me know he would be there soon, and he showed up promptly and with a smile on his face. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.
