Seth solved the problem I was having also suggested the replacement of rollers, cables, and springs as they were never serviced in 10 years and he showed me the wear and tare on the above mentioned equipment. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft. Upon receiving the emailed invoice I noticed a 25.00 charge for disposal of misc hardware. Was not aware there would be a fee for that. I feel the charge was uncalled for in light of the amount for the total repairs. My bad for not looking at the computer to see the itemized charges. All in all satisfied with your service.

The technician explained exactly what was needed and gave us options. Once decided upon, he quickly performed the task. He was polite and nice and worked efficiently. I did not receive my 15 minute heads up call before the tech arrived, but he did arrive within the time frame stated. It was easy to schedule the appointment on the phone and they were able to come out quickly.

Your service man was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem immediately so it was a relatively quick fix. He then educated me about the workings of the opener and we replaced two of the working parts to help insure that my doors are working well. I was very pleased with his service

Great Garage Door service. Seth was professional and courteous. He explained all of the available options and estimated costs. I decided on a new opener and updated hardware (new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables). Seth completed the installation in a few hours and explained in detail operating the opener. I must again relate how throughly pleased I am with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door needed an adjustment, so I called and made an appointment. Seth (who originally installed the new doors) called me prior to his arrival to inform me he was on the way. He arrived earlier than expected and in short time had fixed the problem with the door. Yesterday my garage door started grinding as it opened. I called precision immediately and told them myproblem. The office made an appointment the next day and sent the same installer who did the initial job. He arrived 2 hours early than the appointment was scheduled for replaced two bars that were causing the noise and was finished in 20 minutes and no charge. What i company. I have used them for over 15 years and they are always responsive and do great work. I reccomend them if you are looking to put in or replace garage doors or openers you wont be disappointed.

Purchased a High end Fimbel garage door. While we love the door I am extremely disappointed with the way the lower door seal fits our garage door apron. One would think when you pay over $10-K for a door that the lower seal should cover some small variations where the seal meets the apron. Admittedly our apron is not new and 100% perfect, but our old inexpensive builders grade door sealed perfectly. The installers tried to improve the fit by bending the tracks with pliers, and I am not sure what was about, but this did not change anything.
