This was my first time using Precision Garage Service. I needed my springs replaced and Precision was able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough good things about the service tech "Steve" that showed up for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Steve answered all my questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. After talking with him, I actually decided to replace both door openers as well as all components.
