Sirs: Hello. Brian did a great job to replace my old, worn-out springs, installed also new pulleys, and new rollers for one of my garage doors. The other door, Brian fixed a misplaced S-hook that I had done, my mistakenly displacing the wire cable and re-hooking up because of my storing things between the spring and cables and the wall. Great job, Brian. All, within 30 minutes, and I secured this afternoon appointment despite calling late this morning.

I have used Precision Garage Doors in the past, and chose them for a repair at a different house. Brian arrived even before the 4-hour window given, which was great. He explained what the problems were, and had them repaired in less than 1/2 hour. The door works great! Brian was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW. THERE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ANY MAJOR PROBLEM. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND HAS IT ALL WORKING FOR NOW. I PURCHASED MY DOOR FROM YOU A FEW YEARS AGO AND WILL CALL YOU WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM.

I was turned off by having service fee and not being able to receive an estimate ahead of work being done but coupon then urged me to call so your advertising paid off.

I had a spring and a cable replaced on my garage door. Was happy with the repairman, he was nice and professional. Only reason for the low amount of stars was the astronomically high price I was charged. Total of $517 for a spring and cable...seemed very high to me.

This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with the service provided. I will definitely call them again in the future. This is the second time I have called Precision. The first was a around three years ago when the garage door derailed from the track. The second was when the gear of the motor conked out. Both times the technician diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it efficiently. They explained the problem, gave good recommendations and got the job done quickly.
