I wasn't happy to begin with because the tech didn't get there until 5:15 and our window was 12:00-4:00 (which I feel is a large window to begin with). There was no compensation for that but good customer service would have provided that. I would like to say Brian was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, even though he was late, he didn't rush the job or explanation.
