I have been dealing with your Company for the past few years. Your firm installed our Garage door opener and we have enjoyed it with no problems for those years. The cable broke last week and your Service Technician, Richard Jones came on time, thankfully. He took a look at the problem and had to go back to the Shop for a large cable. He knew exactly what to do and did not skimp on any of the repair work. He was very professionable as well a polite and I would not hesitate to refer your firm to any of my friends.

I got a good feeling from the first phone call--a person answered the phone, not a machine. The technician showed up at my door on time. He appraised the situation and explained why the garage door opener had to be replaced. He had the right equipment on his truck; no need to get supplies and return later. He even tidied up when he was done. The new opener works fine and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks

I am writing to praise one of your employees, Damien Baldwin. I have lived at this address from 1973 and this heavy wooden garage door has NEVER worked right. I've had numerous "garage door people" into fix this thing, but it's always "snapped cables" and a "wobbly door" and I was ready to give up this time. I followed one of your trucks recently and made a mental note to remember this company. In 2007, I had a new Liftmaster opener installed with cables, springs, etc and here I am 8/31/2009 with a broken spring, snapped cables, and a new 2010 Toyota Camry sitting in between this mess. So, I found your ad in the Princeton phone book and got an appointment same day and Damien arrived at 11am! He asked me a few questions and I got a lot of answers! The springs were not for this door, the new opener did "triple duty" and the rollers were SHOT, but the wood garage door's in great shape! He explained "the rebuild" and price. In ten minutes the deal was inked. The garage door opened and the car was out of the garage. He was finished within an hour and that included signature and credit card payment. Damien was a really nice guy, very professional and certainly "knew his stuff". If most of your employees are like Damien, you'll be in business a long, LONG time. So "kudos" to Damien and Precision Doors!

Firstly I am aware of your unfortunate circumstances from our conversation regarding your injuries and wish a fast speedy recovery. This is to firstly thank you for the service your company performed at my home aside from the missed appointment you company was extremely professional and we are very pleased. Jim Dean was extremely polite and explained everything in detail to my wife. As a fellow business owner employing 10 hvac service mechanics I am fully aware what it is like to send one of my men into someone's home and just want to let ytou know that he is definitely an asset to your business and represents you well. If and when the need for your service comes up again there will not be any hesitation on who I should call.

On the afternoon of July 15th 2009 the spring snapped when my garage door was on the way down.. The force caused the door to close on an angle which made it inoperable even manually. I had both cars trapped inside. I went to the yellow pages and fortunately found your number. I called late in the afternoon but was assured that a technician would be there between 5-7pm. Jeff responded to my call and rebuilt my entire system. He did an exceptional job in making sure everything was in proper working order when he completed the repair. I am very pleased with how quiet my door opens and closes. I commend Jeff and Precision Door for living up to their advertising.

Damien Baldwin came to my home today and repaired my hanging and falling down garage door bracket...he did it with a smiling face and pleasant demeanor. Further he convinced me to purchase a new electric motor for the opener since mine dated to 1986...and clanged and banged each time it opened and closed. Certainly I didn't plan to purchase $500 worth of garage equipment but Damien convinced me that it was appropriate and in my best interest... and that sooner rather than later the machine would stop. I now feel safe and secure. All of this occurred within 24 hours of my initial telephone call to yur office...I found your ad in the yellow book yellow pages... called at 6:30pm last night and Damien was there at 1:45pm today and out by 2:45pm...can you get better service than that? I congratulate you on a fine fine employee in Damien...And on a fine office manager who settled out some incorrect phone numbers and redirected my appointment. And I congratulate you on running a 5 Star business...I will refer my real estate clients to Precision Overhead Garage.

Steve, On April 4th James Dean & Jeff Wardell replaced many parts on my garage doors. They are now better than new. Not only were they professional, they were well spoken, neat & most of all polite. Kept me informed about arrival time & time of departure, instructions #101 for proper care & use, etc.. I don't know who "put manners on them"... their mothers or "Precision".. maybe both? The job was definitely handled professionally from start to finish. Thank you

A short while ago I called Precision to have our garage door apparatus looked at. (The rails, springs, pulley etc.) An appointment was scheduled and a gentleman by the name of Rick appeared at our house right within the time frame. He was pleasant, had a great sense of humor, seemed extremely knowledgeable to us lay people and fixed whatever was wrong right on the spot. We didn't shop around but felt the price was fair. I had to go on an errand before the repair took place but my husband said that everything was taken care of and as of this writing everything is working A OK. During my husband's conversation with Rick, he mentioned that our son, Barry is in need of a new garage door. Today I gave my daughter-in-law, Krista, your phone number and hopefully within a very short time they too will be happy with the attention and expertise that Precision has to offer. In my job as a Consumer Protection Investigator, I handle so many complaints that consumers have with the business world and I would just like to commend you on a "JOB WELL DONE" in a most professional and friendly manner.

Today your serviceman was at my home. Instead of acting as a typical employee; he acted like an owner trying to keep his business afloat. He was extremely friendly and showed me what was right and wrong. Explained what repairs were needed and why. What else can I say, he was OK in my book!!
