Hi Steve, We chose Precision from your ad in the large Verizon yellow pages and we were not disappointed. Damien did a fine job, explaning what was wrong. He said he could put in a new door opener or repair the equipment we had. Because we're only in this house 3 months, we chose to go with the repair for now. We'll go for the new equipment if we have a problem in the future. There is one thing that could be fixed, however. The garage door doesn't go all the way down to the floor. It stops about 1.5 to 2" above. If Damien could stop by soon to correct this, we would appreciate it. Please call before coming to be sure we'll be home. I would not hesitate recommending Precision to any of my neighbors who inquire.

I had a major problem with one of my garage doors. I met with Jim and Tony that afternoon and they assured me they would be back that evening to do the repair. They came back along with Jeff and got the repair done as promised. As a self employed individual service is vital in my business. I can honestly say they did excellent work and kept their word which is so important in today's business world. Rick restored my confidence in Precision Door Service. 3 years ago we had Precision install a new garage door. To our disappointment, it was not well done. Every time we opened or closed the garage door, the garage ceiling was shaking, and after a year, the chain fell. We were really upset and didn't want to spend any more money on the garage door, hence for the past 2 years, we manually opened and closed the door whenever needed to. Because a friend was going to stay with us for a while, so we thought it's better to have the automatic garage door fixed, we decided to call Precision again to test them and complain to them. The outcome was really a pleasant surprise that made us regret why didn't we call Precision sooner. Rick is such an expert in all matters related to garage door. Within a couple minutes he did a thorough examination of the door and identified all the old problems we already knew and the new problems that occurred during the past two years when we neglected and didn't use the garage door opener. When we complained about the last installation done 3 years ago, he apologized for the company and offered to fix the problem for us without extra charge. He knew immediately what contributed to the ceiling shaking problem and knew how to fix it. (He also mentioned that the technician who installed our garage door left the company long time ago). His professionalism and technical expertise were superb and make us totally have confidence again in Precision.

Steve, I am happy to say that your service is top-notch! First off, the end-product - my new Garage-Door and premiumn Garage Door Opener are really cool...The Door is simple but classy design...The opener is so quiet I barely hear it...And the weather seels your technician put on the door were precise and seamless.... As for the human side, I was extreemly happy with the three people I interacted with: The nice young lady who took my original call and set up the consultation, the person that came to my house and advised me on my options, and the technician who installed. Each, professional, curteous, and happy to answer any question (and i always have many ;-)). I usualy don't rave like this about a business - but you guy's pulled it off! Your team really stands out in today's world where all of the above positive attributes are hard to find in vendors... Thanks for a seamless, glitch-free, positive experience!

I had service to my garage door on 12/30/09. The technician sent was Jeff. He found the problem immediately and explained what had to be done and that the part had to be ordered and how long it would take. The part came in and an appointment was set up for 1/14/10. Jeff arrived and did an excellent job explaining and reprograming the remotes. He was extremely knowledgable, efficient and courteous. In my opinion of people who serviced my problems in my home throughout the years, he proved to be one of the best. I felt I needed to tell you how great Jeff is and that he does his job well. I have 3 brothers who live in Brick & Point Pleasant and I will recommend your company to them.

Tuesday I had a new door system installed by your rep Richard Jones. I just want to let you know what a first class job he did and what a pleasure it is not to hear the noise the old system generated. It is a pleasure to work with professionals. He explained everything that had to be done, time it would take and the cost. Also, the young lady who answered the phone on monday was also very professional. I would not hesitate to use "Precision" again.

Response time after my call was fast. Tech was able to evaluate problem and provide qoute for fixing within 5 minutes. Repair done in half and hour. Very professional and courteous. However cost of repair was higher than I expected.
