We had our doors for over 10 years and never had them serviced professionally. We called Precision because we needed someone to check the mechanics of the doors since one door was not functioning properly. Precision scheduled an appointment the following day to check it out and Damien, the tech, had to replace all the mechanical parts for us. The previous owner of my home used Precision Door Service, so when the day I moved into the house the automatic opener did not work, I called Precision. After a discussion with the salesperson, I decided to purchase a new door. I was not home for the installation, but they came in my absence, installed the door, and cleaned any mess they may have made. When I came home, I noticed that the weather stripping was not adhering properly at the top sides of each door. I called Precision and they came and fixed the problem to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
