POGDS was able to arrive with a couple of hours of my call. They called ahead about 30 minutes before arrival. Completed the work in a timely fashion. The service rep was extremely friendly. Managed to fix without any parts and fine-tuned the door opener. Evaluated current door, springs and track for any problems and found none.

I called around 9:30am and Amanda was able to send someone out between 10 to 12....within minutes I received a call from Cody that he would be there by 10:30am and he was right on time. He fixed the broken cable and also programmed a new door opener within 30mins. Wow! Precision Garage Door are excellent and they deliver on their promise. Above and beyond service! Cody, thank you....excellent job and great customer service!

I called first thing in the morning. Talked with Amanda. She said a tech would be here between 10-2. saying to myself,,,,yea right. To my surprise, 10A.M. he showed. I was quite pleased with booking this call from beginning to end. Tech. Cody very pleasant. Only took a few minutes to complete call since there was no problem when he arrived. He did oil door and replace bulb. I was also happy with the fact that I was sent a pix of tech b-4 his coming to house. This is really a good safety measure, especially for seniors.
