Came home at night to a broken spring on my garage door. I called at 7:30pm and had confirmation someone would be out the next morning. Mike called me the following morning to let me know he would be there soon, and he showed up promptly and with a smile on his face. He replaced the spring quickly and was professional and super helpful. I am beyond please with the service provided today, especially coming out so last minute. Wonderful technician and company, will continue to recommend you guys!!

We are very pleased with the service that Precision Door Service provided us today. The technician, Michael, provided us with a courtesy phone call when he was twenty minutes away. Michael was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. We went ahead with his recommendations and couldn't be more pleased. Michael came to my house on monday to check my key pad not working .. my husband was home , he said nothing is wrong , works fine , when i came home tuesday nite couldnt get in … tried more then once husband had to come down an open for me..wasted $99

From making the appointment to having my garage door fixed, everyone was extremely professional. I was given a window of 10 am to 1 pm, and Mike called me at 9:30 am to let me know he would be there at 10:00. Once there, Mike assessed the situation, made the repairs and left me a satisfied customer. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a garage door
