I didn't know who to call when we needed our garage door fixed so I came on to the internet and started looking around for someone local. I came across your page and was instantly drawn the the positive reviews I read. I decided to give you guys a shot and called to make an appointment. Mike came out the next day and fixed our problem so quickly!! He was very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need my garage door fixed again but if I ever do, you'll be the first ones I call. and if I ever know of someone needing services, you'll be the first ones I recommend!

It was first time using Precision. Everything about the process was - the scheduler was clear about timing and broad estimated costs, the tech called ahead, was on time, was very polite, finished the job quickly, and explained everything. The office staff were professional and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what would happen, and it work just as they said. Michael, the technician called 20 minutes before his arrival. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me two options. After weighing both options, I agreed to the repair. It was done in the time I was told. The garage door was repaired and fixed. I was very satisfied with the end result.

Called for a repair. Mike came and tried to repair our old opener. Unfortunately we needed a new one. Mike installed the new opener. It was quick and easy. Everything was programmed and works perfectly. This new opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one. Nice Job Mike!!

My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. Hello, Good morning, Mike was as polite and professional as can be, from his work ethic to his personality, it was clear to me that he was the right guy to work on my garage door. I thought he was terrific in every way. Keep him employed always. I thanked him for his Military service of which he did not tell me but I asked if he was in the military and his answer was yes, I asked what branch and he said I’m a Marine. I love it. The Technician Michael Solis was excellent and efficient. My only concern is the price, which I thought was too high. When I compared the price of the parts on the web, the price should have been in the $300 range. I have used your company in the past for both of my houses. I my have to shop around in the future.

Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.
