He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do. Jason came to my house with a full knowledge of the product and installation of my garage door. I was thinking about doing the work myself and purchase the door from Lowes, but after talking with Jason about the specific items to look out for, it was evident that it made all the sense in the world to have the door installed by a professional. The pricing is fair when considering the quality of the product along with the professional install and warranty. Its a no brainer, I'm going with Precision to have my door installed.

Unfortunately I had to cancel the first scheduled appointment due to medical issues. Precision was very understanding and gave us a different install date. They were here on time (a rarity in today's business) and performed the job in a perfect manner. The time it took was extremely efficient even though it was done in the rain.

I would give Precision a five star rating even though there was a problem with the install. The installer diligently tried to solve the problem but to no avail. The technician showed up the next day and found a picked wire. The problem was quickly fixed. The installer,Chris and the technician Jim, are a credit to Precision Garage Door Company. It was nice to meet the owner Steve. This is the fifth door Precision has installed for my family and I would highly recommend them.

I called to get my garage door repaired because a spring cord snapped. I called and the person they sent said that the door has to be replaced and it would cost too much to repair. Well I went online and found out how to fix the door. And the door is working again thanks to the internet and Home Depot for the parts. Next I'll be securing the springs with safety cords myself. If you have a wood door don't call them it appears they do not repair wood doors.
