I called Precision after 5 p.m. on 7/09/2019 after my garage door broke while closing it. The woman who took my call was very accomodating and arranged to have someone out first thing next morning. Brian called me tge next mirning and arrived at my home 10 minutes after he placed the call. He quickly and competently assessed the issue. We discussed options of repair vesus replace and I decided to totally replace my 34 year old garage door at a cost that was just very slightly more tgan what it woukd have been to repair and update my old door. He was VERY knowledgeable, got my door in safe working order until the new door can be installed, and showed me how to secure the door. I highly recommend this company.

Called presecision at 0830. They answered the phone.made an appointment between 10-12 that morning.cody called and was at my house at 0930. Door was fixed by 1030.very professional company and tech.very satified

HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW. THERE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ANY MAJOR PROBLEM. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND HAS IT ALL WORKING FOR NOW. I PURCHASED MY DOOR FROM YOU A FEW YEARS AGO AND WILL CALL YOU WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM.

This is the third time your company has installed/serviced my garage door and opener. Every time your workers were very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cody was prompt, friendly, and highly professional. He completely explained what was needed, offering 2 options for repairs as well as noting hidden prices. The current ValPak coupon was accepted without needing to find it, even though we did eventually pull it up on our smartphones. Garage door works much better now with all the new parts.
