HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW. This is the third time your company has installed/serviced my garage door and opener. Every time your workers were very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Percision for any garage door job. This time I had the opener replaced. Previously I had a door installed and then the runners and springs serviced.

Cody was prompt, friendly, and highly professional. He completely explained what was needed, offering 2 options for repairs as well as noting hidden prices. The current ValPak coupon was accepted without needing to find it, even though we did eventually pull it up on our smartphones. Garage door works much better now with all the new parts. I cannot thank you folks enough for the quick response that I received. Brandon Higgins was your technician who came to my house. He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do.
