First impressions really do count! I was contacted in a timely fashion once my email request was submitted. The staff was very accomodating of a Saturday morning appointment. The order was completed when they said it would be and the installation went smoothly. The installation men were friendly and left the garage clean. The garage door looks great! I was very happy to have ordered the Stockton inserts.

I had service to my garage door on 12/30/09. The technician sent was Jeff. He found the problem immediately and explained what had to be done and that the part had to be ordered and how long it would take. The part came in and an appointment was set up for 1/14/10. Jeff arrived and did an excellent job explaining and reprograming the remotes. He was extremely knowledgable, efficient and courteous. In my opinion of people who serviced my problems in my home throughout the years, he proved to be one of the best. I felt I needed to tell you how great Jeff is and that he does his job well. I have 3 brothers who live in Brick & Point Pleasant and I will recommend your company to them.
