My son called you early in the evening with the problem of our garage door not being able to open. Someone came out the very next morning. I was pleased to receive an email confirming the appointment and seeing who it was that would be coming to my house. What a great service! Not only was the spring broken on my garage door but he found the little rollers were also in need of replacement. He checked out the whole door to make sure everything was working properly. When finished he explained the minimal maintenance that I should do every so many months. I've had your installers here before and every one of them did a great job. By replacing wheels, springs, hubs, cable etc.. the doors run so smooth and quiet now you can't hear it in the house.

The spring on one of our garage doors broke last night (Friday), and we needed to get it fixed the next morning, as opposed to having to wait until Monday morning. We looked on the web and found your company. We liked the fact that you had 24x7 emergency service, and that we could call at any time to make an appointment. I also liked the fact that I could read reviews from other customers and see what their experiences were with your company and with the different technicians. We actually called at midnight and spoke to a very helpful and friendly representative (not just an answering service passing a message along). She set up an appointment for for us at a convenient time the next morning, and told us the technician would call before he came over. I also got a confirmation email about our appointment. The next morning, Cody called up when he was supposed to, showed up 20 minutes later and did a great job, quickly fixing the problem. He was professional, highly skilled and very thorough. I will definitely use your company again when I need to service or replace my garage doors or openers. I was very impressed with the entire operation and how smoothly and easily it all worked. One little nit: Cody looks nothing like the silhouette you have online instead of his picture, and his is the only one missing. You ought to take care of that.

The new motor installation was expensive ($500) and charging 60 dollars is too much for an extra remote but the repairman, Cody was professional, efficient and very well mannered. Good service.

Our tech Cody arrived on time,was friendly,and extremely knowledgeable. We needed a replacement rubber gasket on the bottom of our garage door. Apparently, our previous installer did not install a part correctly in the wall and the entire metal arm pulled out of the wall! Cody did a great job repairing the problem! Our garage door was totally inoperable. The Technician (Gary) was incredible. He completely overhauled our garage door and replaced all cables, springs, and rollers. We had a broken cable on one side of the door, worn rollers, springs and everything else. After Gary was done overhauling and repairing our garage door it worked better than new. Our bill for parts and labor was not cheap, but the quality of the repair and Gary's workman ship and expertise was well worth it. Our garage door now works quietly and smoothly and better than new. Great work and great mechanic (Gary).
