We had two garage doors with belt drive openers and keypads installed. Precision did a fantastic job. They arrived when promised. The installation went smoothly. The installer was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Incredibly Responsive. I called them for garage door spring replacement at 1:50 pm. At 2:15 the technician called. Arrived at 2:50 and was done by 3:20. Would recommend them. A bit pricey but worth it. Don't think I could have done much better.

I chose Precision because of the work they did repairing and installing neighbors' doors and because of the A+ BBB rating. I wanted someone reputable and local. The technician, Rick Jones, was much more than I expected in regards to his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel that I made the right decision in going with Precision. The only drawback was that I found the cost was a bit expensive. But like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

My son called you early in the evening with the problem of our garage door not being able to open. Someone came out the very next morning. I was pleased to receive an email confirming the appointment and seeing who it was that would be coming to my house. What a great service! Not only was the spring broken on my garage door but he found the little rollers were also in need of replacement. He checked out the whole door to make sure everything was working properly. I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

Jim was courteous and very knowledgeable. He clearly described the options available to repair the problems with both doors so an informed decision could be made. When finished he explained the minimal maintenance that I should do every so many months. I've had your installers here before and every one of them did a great job. By replacing wheels, springs, hubs, cable etc.. the doors run so smooth and quiet now you can't hear it in the house.
