I have been usings Precision for my garage door needs for several years. With an older home, repairs are sometimes necessary. Precision techs are well trained, skilled and honest. I wouldn't think of using another company.

I wasn't happy to begin with because the tech didn't get there until 5:15 and our window was 12:00-4:00 (which I feel is a large window to begin with). There was no compensation for that but good customer service would have provided that. I would like to say Brian was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, even though he was late, he didn't rush the job or explanation.

I needed to replace the keyless opener. The technician did that and took the time to show me how to change the code if necessary. He also inspected the srings and advised me that they were wearing out and should be replaced. He checked the whole system and corrected a problem where some metal parts were moving against each other causing a squeal when the door closed. I was very pleased with the speed of the repairs and the coutesy of the technician.
