Our install was a very difficult one - very low ceilings and no room to use standard openers. Brian explained options, pros and cons, and made suggestion to help me with decision. Overall, good service and good product. However, when installer came he charged me an extra $50 to slide a few bikes and a bed frame to the back of the garage. I understand why the service fee exists for certain situations - but this was silly and from my perspective an overcharge of $50.
