Efficiency at its best...from the initial call to the repair. Brian did complete door rebuild and was quick, neat and courteous. Would definitely recommend Precision and Brian to everyone.

Extremely happy with Precision. Had 2 openers installed. Brian was professional, helpful, courteous, and prompt. Our install was a very difficult one - very low ceilings and no room to use standard openers. Brian explained options, pros and cons, and made suggestion to help me with decision. All-in-all an extremely satisfying experience with a company I had never used before. I recommend highly to anyone.

Overall, good service and good product. However, when installer came he charged me an extra $50 to slide a few bikes and a bed frame to the back of the garage. I understand why the service fee exists for certain situations - but this was silly and from my perspective an overcharge of $50.
