This is the second time I have used Precision and I have been thoroughly pleased with their service and the technicians that have done the work. Each time they have diagnosed the problem, given a price for the work, and completed the job in a timely manner. Always pleasant to work with, quick response time, and explained what was done & made sure I understood how the new equipment works. I would highly recommend them!

The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.
