Of course, an urgent situation and the girl on the phone tried to accommodate me ASAP (very friendly, nice, professional). Technician came promptly and explained everything thoroughly. He had all the needed parts so was able to complete the job at the time. He represented the company well and was proud of the company he worked for. My only problem was I did not have time to fill out this card at the time of service and I promised him I would do it the next day (which I didn't), but do tell him I finally did. I am glad I chose Precision to do the job.
