They had replaced my garage door on 2018 and did a great job. I needed service when I needed service due to the recent rainstorms and lightening and stopped working. Scott was great... Explained everything to me (called when he was running late from an earlier appt).... The service what terrific! I will continue to use Precision when I have issues!

I am a repeat customer. As expected from my previous experience I found the technician Rick Jones was a true professional. He examined the issue and provided multiple options. He explained how the door operated and all he planned to do to repair the problem. I was also shown the parts that were replaced.

I would recommend precision highly all my questions were answered by Brian and my issues were resolved. I had to replace all hardware I purchased for a DIY store, because there is no substitute for precision hardware.

Brandon came out for a trouble shoot/repair for a lift master garage door opener that was not working correctly after a power outage. He not only reprogrammed the unit but explained what happened and how to adjust it in the future. He also provided very helpful info. On how to tell when spring/pulley maintenance/replacement should occur. He was very quick, Informative,and courteous. Precision will be the only one called for ANY further maintenance!
