I called first thing in the morning. Talked with Amanda. She said a tech would be here between 10-2. saying to myself,,,,yea right. To my surprise, 10A.M. he showed. Very polite and attacked the problem. He "tweeked" a few small problems along with fixing my reason for calling. I highly recommend this company.

Installation of a new garage door and opener. James and Frank were very prompt, called to let us know they were on their way. They did a terrific job of installing the door and opener, programed our car, cleaned up and were on their way. Very pleased with the job they did and the clean up. Would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a great garage door and also the service they provide.

Great service. I called for a price quote and someone came the same day. Ordered my garage door the same day. The door was installed 10 days later. John the installer was great, clean install, professional. Shannon in the office was very polite and helpful.

Called them at 12:30 on a Saturday. The technician was here by 4:30. Not only was my problem taken care of but the technician pointed out a couple of areas that could lead to future problems. I'm very happy with the state of the repairs and the expertise of the technician. I will certainly use Precision again.
