Today your serviceman was at my home. Instead of acting as a typical employee; he acted like an owner trying to keep his business afloat. He was extremely friendly and showed me what was right and wrong. Explained what repairs were needed and why. What else can I say, he was OK in my book!! Will keep you in mind next time my garage door needs a "doctor".

I had a major problem with one of my garage doors. I met with Jim and Tony that afternoon and they assured me they would be back that evening to do the repair. They came back along with Jeff and got the repair done as promised. As a self employed individual service is vital in my business.
