The previous owner of my home used Precision Door Service, so when the day I moved into the house the automatic opener did not work, I called Precision. After a discussion with the salesperson, I decided to purchase a new door. I was not home for the installation, but they came in my absence, installed the door, and cleaned any mess they may have made. When I came home, I noticed that the weather stripping was not adhering properly at the top sides of each door. I called Precision and they came and fixed the problem to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and trustworthy, and I can tell already that my garage is warmer with the new door.

I had a major problem with one of my garage doors. I met with Jim and Tony that afternoon and they assured me they would be back that evening to do the repair. They came back along with Jeff and got the repair done as promised. As a self employed individual service is vital in my business. Today your serviceman was at my home. Instead of acting as a typical employee; he acted like an owner trying to keep his business afloat. He was extremely friendly and showed me what was right and wrong. Explained what repairs were needed and why. What else can I say, he was OK in my book!! It is very rare today to find a company that is honest and can deliver a product of high quality backed up by capable technicians that know what they are doing! Such was my experience with "Precision of South Jersey". Everyone treated me with respect and knowledge from the owner to the techs to the person who takes your calls.
