Was so happy that Richie was dispatched to my home for repair work. He pointed out safety concerns with the lift and safety cables on one of the garage doors and fixed it with new ones right away! He also efficiently replaced a keypad and reprogrammed another. He was courteous, professional and stayed until it was done. Thank you!

Very professional. Appreciated that he called to let us know when he was coming about an hour before his actual arrival. He was able to do the repair (more of a "quick fix" to get us back up and running again!), and made a recommendation to install a new garage door opener. We haven't done it yet - but when we do decide to do it, we will definitely use Precision and request Damien to do the work.
