POGDS was able to arrive with a couple of hours of my call. They called ahead about 30 minutes before arrival. Completed the work in a timely fashion. The service rep was extremely friendly. Managed to fix without any parts and fine-tuned the door opener. Evaluated current door, springs and track for any problems and found none.

I called around 9:30am and Amanda was able to send someone out between 10 to 12....within minutes I received a call from Cody that he would be there by 10:30am and he was right on time. He fixed the broken cable and also programmed a new door opener within 30mins. Wow! Precision Garage Door are excellent and they deliver on their promise. Above and beyond service! I like how everything was confirmed in an email and that I had the opportunity to read our technician's bio. Excellent idea. Brian came exactly within the time period specified. He is friendly, clear, capable and patient. He quickly ascertained the problem, gave me a quote to fix it, and then explained the different options in purchasing a new door, which I said upfront that I was prepared to do. Gary has been at my house many times and is fantastic. I would highly recommend Precision because of Gary and his customer service. My only complaint is that my fix yesterday took all of 2 minutes as my sensors were not lined up correctly causing my door not to close on it's own. For someone like myself that has used your company a few times over the past years and has recommended your company to some of my neighbors, I wish that your techs had some empowerment with service calls like mine. At the end of the day I am happy it was an easy fix, but $90 is hard to swallow when you are a repeat customer. I do undestand he had to travel to my house and you have to pay him an houry rate, but maybe meet a customer like me with some sort of discount to say thanks for calling us, part of this one is on us. You cover you costs and I get alittle wow treatment when least expected.

I was very disappointed to be treated to the old "bait and switch". I expected a spring repair. Instead I was told that I needed to replace both doors to the tune of $2000. I was told that a spring repair with cost $700. I just paid another vendor $149 for this repair. SHAME ON YOU! I paid a service call fee for nothing. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Bureau and the AARP
