Had immediate service on a Saturday afternoon by a tech that was professional & knowledgeable every step of the way in explaining the issues I should address to get my door fully functional & secure. He rebuilt my single, multi panel garage door in it's entirety, in less than an hour, which included springs, rollers, and cables. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I give Precision a 5 star for their incredible service and commitment. I had precision install a torsion spring type garage door setup for me last march. Towards the end of last yr and into this yr, I started getting a bind when closing the garage door via the opener. I was able to get through the winter months by adjusting the door opener to compensate for the bind but it kept getting worse. A week back, the door started reversing back as soon as it felt a bind and would no longer close using the door opener. I reached out to Precision because I could not see any objects or binds and felt it was time to seek professional help. The tech showed up, spent a bit of time and could not find anything wrong. He eventually decided to redo the torsion spring setup all over again. Right away the bind was gone and the garage door now closed as expected. I was initially charged a service fee since the warranty ran out after 1 yr but when I left a note for management, Steve (the owner) called me back. Upon my explanation, he took full ownership of the issue and gave me a full refund. I am grateful to Steve and Precision for standing behind their work and doing things right. I will be a repeat customer for life, a big thanks to this wonderful experience.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, and did a great job at installing our new system. Jason was professional and courteous, and explained everything along the way. POGDS was able to arrive with a couple of hours of my call. They called ahead about 30 minutes before arrival. Completed the work in a timely fashion. The service rep was extremely friendly. Managed to fix without any parts and fine-tuned the door opener. Evaluated current door, springs and track for any problems and found none.

I called around 9:30am and Amanda was able to send someone out between 10 to 12....within minutes I received a call from Cody that he would be there by 10:30am and he was right on time. He fixed the broken cable and also programmed a new door opener within 30mins. Wow! Precision Garage Door are excellent and they deliver on their promise. Above and beyond service!
