Tom was quick and professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed possible reasons for the hinge breakage. I requested replacement of the hinge on the other side as well. It was less but also “off kilter”. Thank you Tom.

Excellent service. Called Precision to replace garage door spring which was under warranty. Gentleman phoned before arrive, evaluated the situation & replaces the spring. Easy enough. These guys are professional and efficient. I had garage door openers installed by another company and I regret not having Precision do the work. Precision had to come out and correct the work of the other company, as one of the garage door openers fell from the ceiling mount. Precision came out the very next day and re-mounted and corrected the other work. The technician remounted the opener and replaced the bolts on the other, and addressed other things that was out of line with the garage doors. Instead of shopping around, I’ll continue to use Precision for all my garage door needs. I highly recommend these guys, as this was not the first experience working with them. They had installed a new garage door at my previous home and did an amazing job with that. Thank you Precision!!!
