Filled out the service request form online Friday morning. Mid morning got a call - set an appointment time for 11-2 the next day. Bobby called me when he was in his way - installed and programmed my new remotes and keypad, checked everything else out on the opener and was on his way. Very pleasant, done well and timely. Never had a bad experience with Precision!

I had the Garage Door installed 7 years ago. It stopped closing cimpletely to the ground. I called on a Thursday evening and a technician turned up at my house Friday morning. Tom was knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He also pointed out that the electrical connection to the Garage Door opener was not up to NJ Code. Overall, very satisfied with the service
