Side track bent. Called for service. Brain came out and replaced track. He replaced the bad track and noticed top panel had some creases. He also ordered a new panel. Brain handled himself very professionally. Door was in warranty and there was no charge. We are pleased!!

The service performed was great and timely. The only surprise was the $90 service fee. Talking with the person booking the appointment I was not told that was an additional fee and thought I was paying $90 less. The service was good enough and they came out to the house so fast, I still may use them again.
