Precision garage doors was a pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call all the way through the installation (April 24). I was impressed with the flexibility of scheduling both the initial consultation and the installation itself - their availability was actually faster than what we needed! Our technician, Mike, deserves a special mention. He was courteous, humorous, patient, informative, as well as obviously being very skilled at his job. There were quite a few family members present for the duration of the installation, and he never once complained when we got in his way (doing some other work on the house). He also handled the endless interruptions, questions, and conversations from all of us with patience and humor. He made sure we fully understood everything about the operation of the door before he left, even though it meant repeating himself and demonstrating what he was describing numerous times. He truly elevated what could have been a routine installation into an enjoyable experience for my family. Mike is absolutely fantastic and we are very lucky to have had him as our install technician!

Precision Garage Door repair gets the job done with Precision! Springs &cables were broken on the garage door. Everything was replaced, along with new rollers. I am giving 5 stars for the technician who performed the services we needed. His name is James Dean. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes from arrival. He arrived within window promised on the same day we called. However, I must note as a consumer, very pricey! After looking up the prices of the parts etc. this was a very expensive 15 minute job. Again though I am not taking anything away from James, he knew his stuff.

Brian was great. Came the same day within a couple of hours of the call. He gave me a detailed explanation of what the issue was and also a lesson on doors and springs. The spring he replaced it with was much better quality and a 5 year warranty! Much appreciated will refer gladly.

They came with an hour of me calling and the senior technician Rick Jones was awesome! he was kind, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Precision's technician Cody called during the 30 minutes before arriving, then he arrived on time to begin work to troubleshoot and repair our overhead garage door system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the price to which I quickly agreed. Then he carefully, efficiently, and politely performed the repair, explaining the steps as he went. The the door opener immediately worked smoothly without need for any further adjustments. Cody's work caused no interruption to our day and we were thoroughly pleased with his fine work and professionalism. Kudos to Precision!
