Received a quote from Cody who was very prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Kudos Cody !!! Within two weeks as promised we had Bruce come out to take down old door and opener. He was also prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would check in with me to let me know what they were doing every step of the way and how long it would take. Precision garage doors was a pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call all the way through the installation (April 24). I was impressed with the flexibility of scheduling both the initial consultation and the installation itself - their availability was actually faster than what we needed! Our technician, Mike, deserves a special mention. He was courteous, humorous, patient, informative, as well as obviously being very skilled at his job. There were quite a few family members present for the duration of the installation, and he never once complained when we got in his way (doing some other work on the house). He also handled the endless interruptions, questions, and conversations from all of us with patience and humor. He made sure we fully understood everything about the operation of the door before he left, even though it meant repeating himself and demonstrating what he was describing numerous times. He truly elevated what could have been a routine installation into an enjoyable experience for my family. Mike is absolutely fantastic and we are very lucky to have had him as our install technician!

I am giving 5 stars for the technician who performed the services we needed. His name is James Dean. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes from arrival. He arrived within window promised on the same day we called. However, I must note as a consumer, very pricey! After looking up the prices of the parts etc. this was a very expensive 15 minute job. Again though I am not taking anything away from James, he knew his stuff.
