I have used Precision before so when the rusty spring broke on my garage door I didn't hesitate to call them. I was also under a very tight time frame because the spring broke at 1:00 p.m with the motorized garage door 75% open and I had to leave to pick up my 7 year old granddaughter from school by 2:45. Brian showed up at my house at 1:45 saw what needed to be done and the garage door was fixed by 2:30. Needless to say a major crisis was diverted!! I highly recommend this company. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and know their business!
