OUTSTANDING!!!! Called early Saturday morning due to a broken torsion spring. Brian arrived before noon and discussed the current condition of all the components of my door. He said that everything looked good except for the spring. He gave me an estimate to replace the springs which I accepted. Brian was very neat and efficient, the job was done in no time. At this time it was discovered that my existing garage door opener, which I have had problems with in the past as it is a cheap opener that was purchased at a big box store, had malfunctioned and it wouldn't all us to re-program it. Brian gave me an estimate to install a new opener, which he had a couple of choices in stock on the truck. I selected an opener and he was able to remove and discard the old unit and install the new one faster than I would have been able to go out and buy one. Brian was personable, efficient, and very detailed in explaining every step of the process. I will recommend Precision to all of my neighbors and friends. Thank you!

Jim was courteous and very knowledgeable. He clearly described the options available to repair the problems with both doors so an informed decision could be made. When finished he explained the minimal maintenance that I should do every so many months. I've had your installers here before and every one of them did a great job. By replacing wheels, springs, hubs, cable etc.. the doors run so smooth and quiet now you can't hear it in the house.
