A good company must have great workers. Brian was honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. Brian had the competence to do the job. Brian performed a complete checkout after he replaced the garage spring, and noticed a noise during the opening and closing operation. Brian did not avoid the noise and leave the site. Instead he corrected the problem so that this little noise will not become a big problem in the future. Great job!

The spring on one of our garage doors broke last night (Friday), and we needed to get it fixed the next morning, as opposed to having to wait until Monday morning. We looked on the web and found your company. We liked the fact that you had 24x7 emergency service, and that we could call at any time to make an appointment. I also liked the fact that I could read reviews from other customers and see what their experiences were with your company and with the different technicians. We actually called at midnight and spoke to a very helpful and friendly representative (not just an answering service passing a message along). She set up an appointment for for us at a convenient time the next morning, and told us the technician would call before he came over. I also got a confirmation email about our appointment. The next morning, Cody called up when he was supposed to, showed up 20 minutes later and did a great job, quickly fixing the problem. He was professional, highly skilled and very thorough. I will definitely use your company again when I need to service or replace my garage doors or openers. I was very impressed with the entire operation and how smoothly and easily it all worked. One little nit: Cody looks nothing like the silhouette you have online instead of his picture, and his is the only one missing. You ought to take care of that.
