Our tech Cody arrived on time,was friendly,and extremely knowledgeable. We needed a replacement rubber gasket on the bottom of our garage door. Apparently, our previous installer did not install a part correctly in the wall and the entire metal arm pulled out of the wall! Cody did a great job repairing the problem! Would recommend this company hands down!

Our garage door was totally inoperable. The Technician (Gary) was incredible. He completely overhauled our garage door and replaced all cables, springs, and rollers. We had a broken cable on one side of the door, worn rollers, springs and everything else. After Gary was done overhauling and repairing our garage door it worked better than new. Our bill for parts and labor was not cheap, but the quality of the repair and Gary's workman ship and expertise was well worth it. Our garage door now works quietly and smoothly and better than new. Great work and great mechanic (Gary).

The appointment for service was made easily and efficiently. I was notified that my service tech would probably be Brian & he did call me to confirm he was on his way. 5 stars for each of these points. Brian arrived and seemed very knowledgeable and reviewed my concerns and questions. He resolved my main problem very quickly and actually informed me more about the sensors. He checked both my doors for safety and pointed out issues without putting pressure on me. I felt confident in his ability and workmanship. He was able to estimate the costs and time for the work and kept to both very well! My only issue that I took away 1 star was that the service call was still charged to me. I would have hoped that since I was agreeing to have major work done on both doors, this charge would have been removed. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Prior to ordering, I reviewed the website. Scheduling an appointment around my schedule was easy. I was very impressed that sales man/installer not only showed up on time, he was early. I ordered the same day. The installing appointment was honored and again Jimmy Dean & John Miles arrived on time. Installation went quickly and quietly. The staff cleaned up and removed all boxes and swept my garage floor afterwords. Explanations followed clearly and simply. Overall a 10 in delivery of expectations. I should have called them after Superstorm Sandy to have replaced all doors. Highly recommended and hundreds less than the local garage door companies. Greatly appreciated their service/installation

I was disappointed. I called and explained what I wanted done and was quoted $1200. When tech arrived he said $1599. The tech was very nice, answered questions and took measurements. I now have to re-think due to large cost increase - 2.5 stars

I chose precision because I have used them in the past twice before, once at my current home 8 years ago, and before that at another home, and was happy both times. The tech was very friendly, courteous, professional, clean cut, in a professional looking uniform, and came right in middle of given window, and had everything done in no time at all, and done right most importantly, and I was able to get them in on a Monday when I only called over the weekend :)

We actually didn't have any work done, he just inspected our system. He was courteous and easy to talk with. Did a great job. I can't give a 5/5 so will have to give you a 4. I almost canceled as when I called on Sunday to make the appointment the woman told me someone would call first thing Monday morning with a time. I told her I would be picking up my in-laws at the airport at 12. No one called and driving from the airport a tech called and said I will be there in 10 min. I said, I'm not home. No one called with an appointment. He said I will call the office. He called back and said we can be there first thing in the am. Then some one from the office called and said we can't be there in the am. Such confusion.

Excellent product; very good installation. One suggestion - have the installers make a final check for misc'l. bolts, screws and other potential tire-piercing debris on the garage floor as part of their final work. The installers otherwise did a fine job.
