The tech that handled the repairs was quite knowledgeable. As luck would have it, the other garage door in our two-car garage had exactly the same thing happen to it roughly one week before this door malfunctioned, and I had called another party out to repair that door, so i had a chance to see first-hand the difference between the two techs.

Got your name through ValPak and was skeptical, but will definitely use you and refer you to others. The free repair coupon was the draw over other companies. Rick is definitely a valuable employee!
