My technician did a thorough inspection, explaining everything. And once he determined that the track was never installed straight, thus causing the wheels to get caught and not operate properly-he fixed it. Now, it works and no longer makes tons of noise. We had our doors for over 10 years and never had them serviced professionally. We called Precision because we needed someone to check the mechanics of the doors since one door was not functioning properly. Precision scheduled an appointment the following day to check it out and Damien, the tech, had to replace all the mechanical parts for us. On Saturday morning at 6am, I heard a loud bang in my garage. The spring that pulls the garage door up and down cracked in half. About 8 years ago we had our garage door and assembly including the motor of the unit replaced by Precision. A few months ago one of the springs wore out (normal Wear and tear) and left us with a disaster in our garage. Damien, the technician that was sent to us did a fantastic job and even worked until after hours to complete the job. We had an issue recently with our motor and it was replaced for free, no questions asked thanks to the lifetime warranty on the unit. The technician (Damien again) did a great job. I recommend Damien and the technicians at Precision without hesitation. They have a lifetime customer with our family and friends.
