Brandon, was very polite, on time and thorough with the explanation of the issue. Spring snapped in half and needed to be replaced along with a bolt/nut. Was a little pricey, but door is working wonderfully and I have a 5 year warranty.

This whole process went smoother than I could have ever imagine. Kevin called to tell me he was on his way, which is not normal in today's world. He came and I asked a few questions which he was happy to answer. A few hours later the job was done and you didn't not know he was there. All the old parts were gone. This is one top notch company.
