thank you so very much for you help this past sunday am. we had a family event in pa. that was a 3 hour ride. when we tried to open our garage door, to get our car out, the overhead electric opener made noise but the door wouldn't budge. we tried the manual handle to no avail. we called precision (we've used them before) and they sent someone over within a hour. one of the springs was broken. the repair man had the parts & fixed it in about an hour. off we went to pa. amazing that we could get a repair man here, with the needed parts, on a sunday! thank you precision!
