It has been a pleasure working with your company and the technician you sent (Gary), he was knowledgeable, courteous, and did an excellent job. I also like the fact you sent an acknowledgement of the schedule as well as a picture of the technician in advance. As Mayor of Stafford Township I deal with a lot of complaints about unscrupulous businesses, and how so many people (especially seniors) get taken advantage of when dealing with these contractors. I truly appreciate the care you take in assuring a fair and secure process.

Prompt service for my business, the same day that I called. Broken spring needed to be replaced. Couldn't open the overhead door. Precision had replaced all of the hardware on the door in 2002. I was able to locate the original repair receipt (2002) while the tech was working on the door. Original parts were under warranty for "15" years. Was only charged for service call this trip. I was overwelmed, never expected that amount of time for a parts warranty.
