Precision is terrific!!! Their workers are pleasant, friendly and very professional. Their work is excellent! Last year I had a problem with one of my lift motors. By mistake I called a different company. Although pleasant, I had to call them back twice more--and the motor still didn't work. I called Precision and they fixed the problem immediately!!

I contacted Precision because they appeared to have a great reputation in the community. Their technician Gary arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options to repair my door. I didn't accept the lowest cost option, but it was offered to me. He repaired the door, adjusted the opener, lubricated and performed maintenance on the entire mechanism, and took the time to speak with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Honestly, the door and opener operate BETTER than when we moved into the home 2 years ago. Based on my experience, I would recommend Precision for any overhead door needs. Also, based on this experience, I don't think I will need to contact them ever again for this door. The repair was that good! And that is EXACTLY what you want...
